Nowadays, if anyone wants to stay slim and fit, we have the methods and some drinks to lose weight quicker, but if you are stuck with the same routine that you have currently then all these things are not showing any effect on your weight or you are hardly able to lose even 1 kg.

Hold this position for as long as possible, 20 to 30 seconds. If possible, try to maintain this position for one minute. You have to do 4 sets of this. So, when you do it consistently You can reduce belly fat at home also, you will not need to go to the gym.


This is the best way to lose weight without going to the gym, if you do this routine every day, you will get quick results, you can lose weight without going to the gym, along with you have to take care of your diet, you have to avoid junk food. If you take junk food too much it might increases weight or it might be the big reason for the same so therefore, you should avoid junk food or sugar containing foods like sweet food and then you will lose weight quickly by doing this exercise along with your diet.
